Maintenance method of bag filter

1. The air locking and feeding device of the bag filter must ensure effective air locking and smooth feeding. Ineffective air locking will cause serious loss of negative pressure at the ash return port, resulting in poor dust collection effect. If the feeding is not smooth, it is easy to cause blockage. In case of serious dust, the inside of the bag filter will be crowded, resulting in the failure of dust collection.

2. Check the pulse valve of the bag filter to ensure flexible and effective action. If there is air leakage, replace the diaphragm and corresponding internal parts (such as valve core, spring, orifice). If the pulse valve fails, the injection effect will be poor. , can not remove the dust on the surface of the filter bag, reducing the dust collection capacity.

3. Check the lifting cylinder of the bag filter to ensure that the lifting cylinder moves smoothly and in place, and ensure that the cylinder gland is fastened and not loose, otherwise the gland will not be pressed tightly and cannot be lifted; , if it cannot be lifted, the corresponding air chamber cannot collect dust.

4. The inspection of the electromagnetic two-position five-way reversing valve ensures smooth operation, no air leakage, and no dust inside, otherwise it will cause the failure of the lifting cylinder.

5. Check the air source triplet to ensure that the water volume is less than 1/3 of the capacity of the water separation filter, ensure that the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve is within the normal working range of the bag filter, and ensure that there is oil inside the lubricator. Too much water will cause the gas to become wet, which will easily damage the solenoid valve and the cylinder; if the output pressure is large, the life of the cylinder will be shortened, and if the output pressure is low, the cylinder will not operate properly; if there is no oil in the lubricator, the solenoid valve and the cylinder will be damaged.

6. The dust collection bag and the dust collection frame are generally used for a long time, and the dust collection bag is easily damaged or aged, and the air permeability is reduced, resulting in high dust content in the exhaust gas or small dust collection air volume. The skeleton may break after a long time, open welding, and puncture the cloth bag. The treatment method is to replace the dust bag and the skeleton.

7. The dust collection pipe is worn, air leakage, leakage in the casing, etc. The air volume of the dust collection port is small when the air leaks in the pipe, and the dust concentration of the exhaust gas is high when the casing leaks; the treatment method is to repair the worn air leakage.

8. During use, pay attention to releasing water to the air bag. The drain valve of the air bag is directly below the air bag, which is generally a globe valve or a ball valve. If there is too much water in the air bag, it is easy to cause insufficient pulse injection volume, and the pulse valve will enter the water. Damaged, the dust bag is damaged by water.
